Tito Sotto Flip Flops on Libel on Cybercrime Law

Tito Sotto filed a bill removing the libel provision in the Cybercrime Prevention Act, but later withdrew his filing after he heard that President Noynoy Aquino favours the provision.

Ano ba talaga? First plagiarizing the work of a blogger on women's health to argue his position against the RH Bill. And now he is "liking" what the president is "liking?"

There is still plenty of stupidity coming from Tito Sotto. Here is his thoughts on the libel provision under the Cybercrime Act: "Magpa-file ako ng bill o resolution na alisin na ang libel para kami puwede na ring magmura, kayo puwede na ring magmura—at bakit sila lang ang puwede?” tila paghamon pa ng senador." If Sotto ever has any delusions of being one of the greatest statesmen in Philippine history, then this is a major fail.

The first good news that involves Tito Sotto is that he is seriously thinking of resigning as Senate Majority Floor leader. In short, he wants to join the committee of silence chaired by Lito Lapid and co-chaired by Bong Revilla.

Tito is lying denying that he is quitting that unglamorous, high-pressured position (his words, not mine) because of all the crap (I refuse to call it cyber bullying) he received from netizens over his stand on the RH Bill and "copying-a-blog-is-not plagiarism "palusot." But you and I know the reason is because he wants to leave his part-time job and spend more time on his main job, as host of Eat Bulaga!

People want Tito Sotto gone from the Senate. If he runs today, he sure as hell will not win. I imagine it would be a dreary Senate without Sotto's constant fuckeries entertaining us
. However, give me boring anytime instead of Tito wasting precious space in the Senate and partaking of our annual pork barrel.

Jinkee fucking Pacquiao is Running For Vice Governor

Just when I feel like the Philippines is going to be alright politically with Pnoy's "Daang Matuwid" here comes proof that we really are taking one step forward and three steps backward.

One of the first wannabees to show up at the Comelec to file their candidacy for the 2013 midterm elections is Jinkee Pacquiao, the wife of Pambansang Kamao Manny Pacquiao.

This was a complete surprise to me because I didn't know Jinkee Pacquiao has any other ambition beside re-engineering the face genetics gave her.

Jinkee has changed, and I am not talking about the Belo-fication that Jinkee's face and whole body have undergone. It was not so long ago that Jinkee refused to be interviewed in person for the Ellen Degeneres show because she was required to actually speak.

Now here she is ready to enter the world of local politics where she is required to get her hands dirty, so to speak, to reach the masses who she can fool count on to vote for her.

Does Jinkee have the qualification to sit as vice-governor of Sarangani? You know she's already 100% sure of winning because in politics money good intentions count a lot. Jinkee says that "sa politika hindi naman patalinuhan. Ang importante is matulungan natin ang kababayan natin."

I'm sure some Pacquiao hanger-on actually said those exact words to Jinkee to convince her to run for Vice Governor of Sarangi. And Jinkee actually believed those words. God save us from ignorant people. Seriously!!

Jinkee Pacquiao running and winning in the elections is not the end of Philippine politics as we know it. Now, if Mommy Dionesia all of a sudden comes out of her prayer room to announce her candidacy, I'll know the end of the word is just right around the corner.
