She is also appearing on May Bukas Pa in a very challenging role (heavy dose of sarcasm here), that of a taong grasa with a mysterious pass. She currently taping for Lovers in Paris, the teleserye starring Piolo Pascual and KC Concepcion, and an episode of Your Song Presents.
Maricar Reyes shows her face in public, and boom! she's being hailed as a courageous woman for overcoming what must be one of the most difficult periods of her life [eye roll]. But I have to give her props for keeping silent and capitalize on the sex videos to garner attention for herself and her showbiz career. Being shy in real life and a wild cat in bed are not mutually exclusive. Mga hunghang! LOL
Like Maricar Reyes, Katrina Halili landed the role of the kontrabida "Fedra" in the GMA Network teleserye Rosalinda, starring Carla Abellana and Geoff Eigenmann. See, like a cat she landed on her feet. Who says the sex video scandal is the end of her career? Anyway, Katrina Halili is doing so good garnering sympathy, but she goes and sue Dr Vicki Belo. Gurl, wrong move. Now, Lolit Solis is angry and has changed allegiance. You don't try to destroy Lolit Solis' money tree and get away with it.
And Hayden Kho? Why is he still getting media attention? I watched an interview in a news program where he said he wanted to apologize to Maricar Reyes for the sex video and knows it's not the right time. Understatement, much? Hayden Kho also congratulated Maricar Reyes for her bravery in showing her face in public following the sex video scandal. No, thanks to you.
