If you were smart enough to have accumulated wealth, the legal or illegal way, you should also be smart enough not to get caught smuggling huge amounts of money from your home country to another country.

Well, the wife of Lito Lapid, Marissa, got herself arrested for trying to bring $50,000 in cash into the USA. You know and I know Marissa knows that Marissa tried to lie her way through the airport, but airport personnel are trained to smell liars a mile away.

So Marissa was arrested in November 2011, presented herself infront of a judge who allowed her bail. She's now sporting a new accessory, an ankle monitor, after she was arrested when she came back in January 2012.

This incident does not reflect well on Lito Lapid, who is set to make a television comeback via ABS-CBN. Oh, wait.. Lito Lapid is a Philippine senator and a long-standing member of the so-called committee on silence.

Lito Lapid's committee membership is also in peril because he has bee visible lately, speaking to the media about his wife's legal troubles and standing up to speak during the on-going impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona.

The pressure is now on Bong Revilla. I'm betting Bong Revilla will choose to keep his membership on the committee on silence. This is why I ca't get on the Bong Revilla train. He doesn't try. At least Jinggoy Estrada makes an effort, even if it is in the name of grandstanding.

Lito Lapid's wife Marissa has hired a topnotch lawyer to prove one of two things: the money was intended for health-care purposes or the money would be used to make home repairs. I'm sure most of us are asking, "Ano ba talaga?"

That topnotch lawyer must be charging by the hundreds by the hours. I bet Marissa is now wishing she had declared the money or pay that miniscule (by comparison) bank transaction fee.

Viral Video of Mo Twister Confessing Rhian Ramos' Abortion

Two days after Mo Twister bid showbiz goodbye to start a new life in New York City, someone uploaded on YouTube a video of him talking about the life-changing event that landed him on the therapist's office. GUILT is what it is.

So Mo Twister confessed that he and his ex Rhian Ramos went to Singapore in 2010 to abort their baby. While still here, Mo refused to confirm the allusions to abortion in his Twitter and Tumblr page. That's because the legal wolves of Rhian's family and GMA Network were waiting for him to drop the "A" word.

The rumour is that the abortion was bad enough for Mo Twister, but Rhian Ramos got pregnant again and decided to again abort the baby without Mo's knowledge, and well, consent. By this time also, Mo got wind of Rhian's two-timing ways. Rhian was seeing another guy and got pregnant again by who, only Rhian knows.

The abortion issue, I leave it up to Rhian, Mo and their maker. It's not for me to judge. You do what you know would be good for your body and soul. What I am finding hard to fathom is why the unplanned pregnancy -- at this day and age?!

Rhian and Mo are not ignorant and are not without resources. Contraceptives, anyone? I doubt Rhian is averse to contraceptives due to religious beliefs because she went ahead with the abortion, right?

My last question is, will GMA, the Kapuso Network, air Mo Twister's video that has gone viral in so short a time? After all, they are GMA, Walang kinikilingan. Walang pinoprotektahan. Walang kasinungalingan. Serbisyong totoo lamang.

Mo Twister, Rhia Ramos Breaks Up

So Mo Twister and Rhian Ramos have broken up. And we did not even know they were on.

Let's see. Rhian Ramos sent a breakup tweet to Mo, which she denied. Naturally, DJ Mo got it twisted and replied to Rhian's alleged breakup tweet. Then, all hell broke lose.

So bottomline, Twitter played a pivotal role in the breakup and got scorched for it by Mo. The blaming, the cheesy reminiscing and the regrets all played out on Twitter and read by hundreds of DJ Mo's and Rhian Ramos' followers. Goody- for us!!

It's safe to say DJ Mo never got the memo about not twitting or FB-ing when drunk, high or depressed.

Raymond Dominguez, one-half of the Dominguez brothers carnapping syndicate, has been indicted with charges of carnapping and homicide. This scum of the earth is the suspect in the kidnapping and killing of car dealer Venson Evangelista.

I've no opinion/sentiment for the Dominguez brothers other than to wonder "why are they are still alive?" They are occupying precious space and breathing precious air that more deserving people badly needed in this congested city. And of course, Satan is waiting for their arrival.

This asshole has a showbiz connection in the form of former starlet Katrina Paula. What is it with Katrina Paula and criminals? She is the same starlet who left widowed when her husband was shot point black in their rented Manila apartment sometime ago. It doesn't take a genius to figure that criminal activities had something to with it.

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department has recommended that Floyd Mayweather Jr. should also be charged with domestic violence, in addition to the grand larceny charge he was initially arrested for on September 10.

A judge also granted a temporary restraining order preventing Floyd from coming near Josie Harris and her children until October 10.

Diether Ocampo and Mark Herras In Trouble With The Law

In Diether Ocampo's case, he and his business partners are being sued by a printing company for failure to pay the balance of the cost of printing the issues of the men's magazine Uno Magazine.

First off, I didn't know there was an Uno magazine. So perhaps lack of readership is the reason why Diether and his publishing company is unable to pay the printing costs? I know one simple Google will tell me if this magazine has unfolded. I'm too lazy and frankly not interested to find out.

Second, Diether claims he is no longer with the publishing company so the plaintiff can settle the case of the postdated checks that didn't get through with his former business partners. Dumbfuck did not know that he can still be charged particularly if he had a hand in the bounced checks?

Mark Herras is being hunted by the Bureau of Internal Revenue for failing to submit the 2008 account books of the Clubserv Bar and Restaurant in which he is a part-owner. Mark probably received the summons from the BIR but didn't know what the fuck are account books, so he chose to ignore it.

Mark said he had nothing to do with the business' books because his participation extends only to the conceptualization of the restaurant.

Dumbuck! The BIR did not pull out your name out of their asses. Your name was listed as company treasurer in the SEC filing. Since you're the treasure, it's a logical assumption to go to you to ask for the account books. Dumfuck!

The enemies of the Gutierrez family can't catch a break, can they?

Anabelle Rama can be found these days in her voodoo room doing thanksgiving rituals to her dolls. Why not? The Gutierrez family is on a winning streak - legal-wise.

The Reckless Imprudence resulting to homicide case filed against Richard Gutierrez filed by the widow of his assistant who died in a car crash with Richard last year has been dismissed by the DOJ.

You have a very powerful car made for speed and you can't take advantage of it, not with Metro Manila's traffic situation. What do you do? Turn a random Cavite road into an instant race track, that's what you do? Do you blame, Richard? And the DOJ secretaries past and present agree with him.

Then, Wilma Galvante, GMA 7's VP for Entertainment, could be jailed and pay Anabelle fucking Rama millions and millions of pesoses because the DOJ reversed its earlier decision dismissing the case.

DOJ Files Murder Charges Against Ruby Rose Father-in-Law, 5 Others

The Department of Justice will file murder charges against six men linked to the killing of Ruby Rose Barrameda-Jimenez, including her father-in-law, Manuel Jimenez Jr.

The DOJ panel found probable cause to indict Ruby Rose’s father-in-law, Manuel Jimenez Jr., his brother Lope Jimenez, Manuel Montero, Eric Fernandez, Lennard Descalso, and Robert Ponce.

But an investigating panel recommended the dismissal of the complaint against her husband, Manuel Jimenez III, from whom Ruby Rose was estranged. The couple was said to be engaged in a bitter custody battle for their two young daughters when she disappeared.

Aside from Ruby Rose’s estranged husband, Manuel, the panel recommended the dismissal of the complaint against a Rudy dela Cruz, for lack of evidence.

After Ruby Rose was killed, her body was placed in a cement-sealed steel container which was thrown into the sea off Navotas Fish Port, where the Jimenezes own property. The body might never have been found if a man claiming to be an accomplice to the crime had not told authorities of the exact location of the body.

The case would be lodged before the Navotas Regional Trial Court.

Justice Secretary Agnes Devanadera said the investigating panel based its recommendation on the affidavit submitted by eye witness Manuel Montero, who came out in the open last June to tell the Barrameda family the location of Ruby Rose’s body.

Montero alleged that his employer, Lope Jimenez, Ruby Rose's uncle, ordered him and the other suspects to carry out Ruby Rose's killing because she supposedly brought shame to the Jimenez family.

Montero will remain as an accused until the court grants his motion to be discharged as one of the suspects and be allowed to turn state witness.

The DOJ panel’s recommendation came as a surprise to the Jimenez family, according to their legal counsel, Mario Aguinaldo.

"Si Mr. Jimenez (Jr.) was shocked because he was really not involved in the crime. But his son (Jimenez III, also known as Third) felt vindicated. So the family really has mixed emotions right now," Aguinaldo told GMANews.TV in a phone interview.

He added that Jimenez Jr. is prepared to face the case in court and debunk Montero’s allegations.

Devanadera said the DOJ would also ask the court to discharge Montero from the list of the accused so he could be a state witness.

Anabelle Rama Responds to Dismissal of Libel Case Against Wilma Galvante

Anabelle Rama has called time out from “playing” with her Wilma Galvante voodoo dolls to put out a statement regarding the dismissal of the libel case she filed against Wilma Galvante, the Vice President of Entertainment at GMA 7.

From reading her statement, I’m inclined to believe that Anabelle Rama has finally crossed that line into mental illness. But she’s not yet there; she’s on the brink. I believe Anabelle Rama will finally lose her sh*t when Richard goes to jail for killing his personal assistant, Nomar Pardo, in a vehicular accident as a result of reckless driving, or when Wilma Galvante emerges victorious in her P7 M damage suit against her, whichever comes first.

Her statement once again shows Anabelle Rama’s arrogance, rudeness and her belief that she and the Gutierrez clan are the only sons and daughters of God. Every body else are gnats, or thorns on her side.

I am encouraging Anabelle Rama to take advantage of Wilma Galvante’s move to cancel the TRO and injunction filed against her. Go to every newspaper, entertainment news program and radio show in the country to reveal Wilma Galvante’s skeletons in her closet. That will teach Wilma Galvante not to mess with the Queen Bee, Anabelle Rama. (wink, wink)

Oral Defamation Case Filed by Annabel Rama Against Wilma Galvante Dismissed

Moneyger and monster mom Anabelle Rama is cooped up in her secret room “playing” with her Wilma Galvente voodoo doll because the Office of the Quezon City Prosecutor Office dismissed the Grave Oral Defamation or Grave Slander filed by Anabelle Rama against Wilma Galvante, Vice President for Entertainment at GMA Network.

The Prosecutor’s Office cited “lack of probable cause” in dismissing the complaint.

The case stemmed from Rama’s allegations that Galvante maligned her and undermined her role as manager to JC during an incident on 16 Feb 2009 inside Galvante’s office at GMA 7.

HAHAHA. Strike two for the “esteemed” (heaping dose of sarcasm here) Gutierrez clan. Richard Gutierrez lost his P25 M libel suit against PEP, which the family is not above using whenever they have a statement they want to make public. And now Anabelle’s grave slander suit against Wilma Galvante.

The third strike would either come from: Wilma Galvante winning her P7 M damage suit against Anabelle or Richard Gutierrez being found liable for causing the car accident in Cavite that killed his personal assistant, Nomar Pardo.

The following statements from Galvante were neither derogatory nor insulting, according to the QC Prosecutor’s Office:

"Tingnan mo? Tingnan mo kung ano ang ginagawa ng manager mo?"

"Hindi kayo puwedeng tumanggi sa show at kung tumanggi kayo, puwede kayo mademanda."

Asst. City Prosecutor Torralba ruled, "Contrary to the theory of the complainant [Annabelle] that said statements are defamatory, insulting, malicious, and tend to prejudice complainant in her reputation, office or trade, business or means of livelihood, the undersigned finds nothing derogatory nor insulting to the complainant but rather finds the said statements to be more of a reminder to JC that they could be held liable in case they fail to comply with their contract with the network than a malicious or defamatory statement.

The Gutierrez Family Defends Their Own

I finally saw a scene that could possibly be an acting piece for Richard Gutierrez. The actor appeared on a taped interview with his lawyer to answer the lawsuit filed against him by Lorayne Prado, the widow of Richard’s PA, Nomar, who was killed in a car accident two months ago.

The Gutierrez family must be feeling insecure about their chances of coming out victorious in this lawsuit because one by one members of the Gutierrez family is coming out to defend their beleaguered family member.

The Gutierrez brought out the bigs guns - and I don’t mean Jun Lalin. Family patriarch Eddie Gutierrez came out briefly from under Anabelle Rama’s skirts to defend his son. Eddie Gutierrez is considered the more respectable member of the family because he doesn’t talk much. He talks only during important events, like when eldest daughter Ruffa Gutierrez came home a battered wife, and now, when Richard Gutierrez, the biggest money earner in the family, is facing a criminal case.

Ruffa Gutierrez and Richard’s twin Raymond used their respective showbiz talk shows as a platform to prop up the innocence and generosity of their brother, and in the same manner discredit the actions and feelings of the widow who is seeking justice.

I thought after the initial salvo from Anabelle Rama, the family decided to lock up their matriarch in her special room with the voodoo dolls to prevent her from spewing more inappropriateness that is bringing the family down, for reals, in the arena of public opinion.

I was wrong. Her interview in a radio program is a classic lesson on not what to say when you badly need public support. There were so many WTF moments as I was listening to Anabelle Rama. Well, if your PR person is Jun Lalin, don’t expect much, okay?

The central theme of the Gutierrez’s defense is their generosity to the Pardo family before, during and after the tragic accident. They kept on harping that the help was not out of obligation because it wasn’t Richard fault that the accident happened.

FYI, Anabelle accidents are unintentional and not premeditated but they are often caused by something or someone. There is no question that Richard did not mean for the accident to happen but he is accountable for being the driver of the car.

If we must play the blame game, who or what could be the culprit, if not Richard? Let’s see. The coconut trees for simply standing there, not getting out of Richard’s way when his car was careening off the road? Could it be the curved road for not being straight so Richard could drive on his merry way without incident? Or Nomar for not wearing a seatbelt in the backseat of the car?

According to Ruffa, her brother was not speeding and was very careful as he drove the car. Take this with a grain of salt because Richard was driving a Nissan GT-R, a car built for speed in a race track. It’s not a station wagon that the family takes on vacations or road trips.

I will assume Richard likes speed. Otherwise, he would go for a van or SUV. So for a speed enthusiast, the need for speed must be very tempting on an open, nearly deserted road considering the time the accident happened.

The family, taking note from the police and onlookers, said that the area is accident prone. There have been seven or so accidents in the same spot. How many vehicles pass through that stretch of road in a given day? Hundreds, thousands? Those seven or so have been careless while the rest respected and followed the road warnings.

By the way, the price of a Nissan GT-R is in the millions so why is the Gutierrez family quibbling over P4 M? It’s a drop in the bucket for them. If they are so really hard up, why don’t Anabelle sell two or three of her diamond jewelries? Para mabawasan naman ng kaunti ang kinang niya pag lumabas sa TV.

I don’t think Richard or any of his family members feels accountable for Nomar’s death. This is the core of the issue of why the Gutierrez cannot simply hand over the money, which is not an unreasonable amount. Richard Gutierrez, according to her nanay, has the highest per episode pay among GMA Network’s stable of stables. Is it so hard to let go of the money that you would earn back in a few days or weeks of work?

The families have reached an impasse so a logical solution is to let the courts decide on whether the family of the deceased is entitled to damages and whether Richard should be jailed for reckless driving. The Pardos are not traitors or mukhang pera for going to court. So many people have sued over the shallowest and most frivolous of reasons. Ehem, Anabelle Rama, ehem.

As Richard was explaining his side during the taped interview in Startalk, I could see the sadness in Richard’s eyes. Or is it fear caused by the unbidden thought that serious jail time is a real possibility in his future?

Richard was explaining that he too felt saddened about Nomar’s death; that it was an accident that nobody wanted to happen. Yeah, it was tragic. Who wants to have another’s life on their conscience? But I could not feel full-on sympathy for Richard simply because his mother’s name is Anabelle Rama. I don’t think I’m alone in feeling this way.

That in itself is tragic - to attract negative vibes and enemies along the way, not because of your own doing and regardless of whatever kindness or generosity you extend to others, but because there are no words bad enough that can describe what your mother is. Tactless and insensitive barely scratch the surface.

Richard Gutierrez was the driving that very expensive (as in equivalent to several low-cost housing units) and very fast (as in illegal to drive in the US) that sports car that rammed into a post and coconut trees in the wee hours of the morning in May 2009.

After two months of silene, the widow of Nomar Pardo is speaking up and is suing Richard Gutierrez for Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Homicide.

I think it’s good that the widow has finally taken action because the lack of legal ramifications on the part of Richard Gutierrez astounds me. His driver’s license was not even confiscated and he was able to get behind the wheel a mere few weeks after the accident.

If the justice system really works in this country, Richard Gutierrez should face serious jail time. Look at Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick Hogan, who was incarcerated for a few months for leaving his friend a vegetable because of a serious vehicular accident.

Richard Gutierrez’s driver’s license should be suspended as well because he has a history for reckless driving. According to Mrs. Pardo she has been dreaming about her husband and one day she finally went through her dead husband’s wallet. In it she found a receipt for P500 from the Land Transportation under Richard Gutierrez’s name for reckless driving. The receipt was dated Feb 2005.

The dead husband also told the wife that Richard has a habit of driving too fast. Pleas from the PA for Richard to ease off the gas pedal a bit always fall on deaf ears.

Can Anabelle Rama also be jailed for mental instability? Please? She’s a self-confessed churchgoer but she always takes the Lord’s name in vain. She’s always talking about not backing out of a fight because God is with her. Please, Anabelle. God has better things to do than cater to your delusions that you are His only creation.

Anabelle is also not above disrespecting the dead. How come? Anabelle is not paying P4 M to buy a dead person. I’m not even a relation to the dead person, but I wanted to smack her right in the face when I read that.

Raymond Gutierrez, how dare your mother think that P4 M is too much for a dead person, and yet she thinks she is worth P7 in her case against Wilma Galvante and that Richard needed P25 M to repair the alleged damage done to his image by an article about a gun-toting incident uploaded on PEP?

Anabelle is calling the action of Nomar Pardo’s widow as “pagta-traydor and blackmail.” Anyway I see it, Richard is neither the underdog nor the victim.

Katrina Halili Files Medical Malpractice Complaint Against Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho

Accidental porn star Katrina Halili is on the offensive against Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho, the two sides that make up the scandalous love triangle that has produced a collection of sex videos.

Sa panibagong reklamong ito ni Katrina, hindi na direktang tungkol sa sex video ang laman ng kanyang affidavit laban sa dalawang medical practitioners at sa clinic na pag-aari ni Dr. Belo, ang Belo Medical Group, Inc. (BMGI). Inirereklamo ng aktres sa pagkakataong ito ay ang mismong propesyon nina Dr. Belo at Dr. Kho, kung sinunod ba ng dalawa ang specific requirements alinsunod sa Medical Rules and Regulations.

Sa PRC, sinampahan ni Katrina ng "malpractice of cosmetic surgery" sina Vicki at Hayden at hinihiling nila na tanggalan ng lisensiya ang dalawang beauty doctors. Samantalang sa DOH naman ay hiniling ng aktres na tanggalan ng lisensiya at huwag nang mag-operate ang Belo Medical Group, kung saan tumatayong director si Dr. Belo.

It's good that Katrina is not backing down in her fight to resurrect her tattered reputation, whatever the condition of that reputation was before her sex video was leaked. But is no one telling her that she is going overboard?

As far as I can tell she did not suffer any disfigurement from the cosmetic procedures done on practically every part of her body. I'm asking if she has a legal claim to medical malpractice because hindi naman tumabingi ang ilong nya or mas mababa ang isang side ng balakang nya.

Another thing, if Katrina knew that Hayden Kho was not qualified to perform liposuction, why did she still went ahead with the procedure? Maybe she didn't have a choice because maybe it was a freebie since she was a Belo Medical endorser at that time. Beggars can't be choosers, and all that.

Katrina is also seeking the cancellation of the license to operate of all Belo Medical Clinics. Oh, well maybe she doesn't care that there is a global recession and hundreds of people are employed in those clinics.

Katrina could care less since she's no longer under contract with either Belo Medical Clinic and Flawless. We have a term for that in Filipino, "ingrata."

Katrina Halili tries to maintain this illusion of a good girl despite the bad girl characters she plays on screen. That illusion was shattered with the release of a video showing her having sex with a man who is not her boyfriend. The video showed the liar that she is. Didn't she deny sneaking out with Hayden Kho, saying that she and doctor have a strictly professional relationship? Ingrata at sinungaling.

Is any part of Katrina's body natural? I'm just thinking of her future child/children. Hindi nya magiging kamukha. I mean look at Vicki Belo and Quark Henares. Quark and her sister Crystalle look somewhat alike. But I can see that Crystalle has been touched by Belo. Anyway...

As for Vicki Belo, I watched Probe's profile on her. Basically what the show revealed is that Vicki Belo is still hounded by her being adopted. This has caused her fear of being alone and being abandoned. She said "hindi siya mabubuhay ng walang lalaki."

So Vicki Belo is mental, slightly. I still have no sympathy for her. Suck it up Vicki! You have it good, then and now. You were adopted by rich parents, married a rich man and now rich in your own right.

And Hayden Kho... he had it good with Vicki Belo but he just had to dip his peen in so many different pussies. Karma, baby.

Update on the Anaballe Rama, Richard Gutierrez and PEP Saga

There have been several developments on the issue involving Anabelle Rama, Richard Gutierrez and PEP. Anabelle Rama has filed a P25 M lawsuit for grave slander against Wilma Galvante. Richard Gutierrez has also filed a P25 M libel suit against PEP for uploading an article about an alleged scuffle involving Richard Gutierrez and Michael Flores.

Wow, if Anabelle loses in her suit against Wilma Galvante, she will be P8 M poorer. However, she and her family would be P50 M richer if they win the lawsuits against Wilma Galvante and PEP. I wish a judge would immediately reject these ridiculous, multi-million lawsuits for the income-generating schemes that they are.

The Gutierrez family has also issued a cease-and-desist letter demanding that PEP immediately stop from writing articles about her main money maker, Richard Gutierrez. They read PEP and saw from the comments from PEPsters that public sympathy is not on their side. It is all Anabelle Rama's doing. There are malicious commenters, trolls they are called, but in general PEPsters are an intelligent bunch who see through Anabelle Rama's bullshit.

If Gutierrezes somehow succeed in shutting down PEP, those commenters will find a new forum. You want to stop a huge section of the Internet community from commenting against Richard Gutierrez? Good luck with that. Ask Edu Manzano if he has made any progress in shutting down the online downloading of movies, videos over at P2P portals.

When I see Anabelle Rama on TV, I have both hands up in front of me with the middle fingers extended. She's probably coming from the right place in her desire to protect her money makers, but she, her big mouth and her bullshit are the one turning the public away from Richard Gutierrez.

The Gutierrezes are all celebrities, constantly in the public eye. In my mind, that makes them fair game. If they don't want negative stories and comments to be attributed to them, then they should move out to Antarctica and watch while the glaciers melt. I think the only people who will miss them are showbiz folks who have received gifts and money from them at one time or another, and of course the Gutierrez family's very own brown noser, Jun Lalin.

I watched Anabelle Rama being interviewed on Showbiz Central, and immediately I noticed that something was amiss. It took me a while to figure out that she is not her usual loud and obnoxious self, possibly upon the advise of her lawyers to gain public sympathy. It was a tamer Anabelle Rama, but she lets out acerbic words aimed at PEP's lawyer, who was earlier interviewed on StarTalk, once in a while. Well, has any of us seen a leopard change its spots? As long as Anabelle remains a palengkera, bungagera, pala-away, mukhang pera, then all is right in the universe. An epiphany, even a religious one, will not turn Anabelle Rama into a saint, I don't think.

I just had a thought. If Richard Gutierrez is suing PEP because of a noble obligation to fight for the rights of other actors who have been victims of false journalism, or if he just wants to make a point, why doesn't he sue for P1, or better yet announce that the money will be given to charity? It's not unheard of, but probably first in the Philippines.

The entertainment site PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) has issued an apology but Anabelle Rama will still be filing a lawsuit against PEP for erroneously publishing a report of an altercation between her son, Richard Gutierrez, and another actor, Michael Flores, during the birthday bash of director Mark Reyes.
There will be two separate lawsuits, one from Anabelle and the other from Richard. Wow, that should be worth millions and millions of pesoses in damages. Kapag nagkataon may pambayad na si Anabelle pag natalo naman siya sa demanda ni Wilma Galvante.

Anabelle is out for blood because PEP's editor-in-chief apologized for not making a thorough investigation of the incident before publishing the report. Anabelle wanted PEP to say that the incident never happened at all.

Anabelle is keen on pursuing the case because, according to her, her entire family felt hurt by the report on PEP and it tarnished Richard's status as a major endorser and as today's No 1 young actor in the country. Even her daughter, Ropa, condemned PEP's article via her Sunday entertainment show, The Buzz.

Uhm, if I wasn't mistaken not the entire Philippines read the article. It was an online article that only the most avid PEP reader will catch as it was taken down almost immediately. Take me for example. If not sa pagbubunganga ng mga Gutierrez, hindi ko malalaman na may artikulo palang ganun.

Hay, Anabelle, making a mountain out of a molehill. Scandals and erroneous reports are part and parcel of being a public figure. Ikaw Anabelle at ang iyong matabil na dila ang sumisira sa reputasyon ng mga anak mo, hindi ang isang maling artikulo na konti lang naman ang bumasa pero nalaman ng marami dahil sa pagkakalat mo rin.

GMA Executive Sues Anabelle Rama

Anabelle Rama is being sued by GMA Network Senior Vice President for Entertainment for libel. The suit also seeks a temporary restraining order (TRO) and P7 M in damages from Rama.The war between the two started when Anabelle Rama accused Wilma Galvante of harassing her talent, hottie JC de Vera, into accepting a project, causing the actor to cry. Oh hotness, why the tears? Are you afraid of losing a project or your manager? Wilma is afraid of Anabelle and her tendency to do bodily harm to those who get in her way. That's why the TRO.

Wait, there is no mention of jail time if Anabelle is convicted. If there is a higher being, Anabelle Rama will be found guilty, made to pay damages and languish in jail. I think there should be jail time para sa mga palengakera, mga walang modo at bungangera na katulad ni Anabelle Rama.

Anabelle reply via GMA News, “Ngayon nag-file na siya against me, lalabanan ko na siya. Hindi ko na ito uurungan. Ipaglalaban ko ang sarili ko dito, kasi feeling ko inaapi-api niya na ‘ko kasi nasa mataas na posisyon siya. Kaya lalabanan ko siya,"

Hihihi. Ngayon siya ang idinemanda, siya ang naapi. Pero ang pagsasalita nya ng kung ano ano sa boss ng anak, hindi pang-aapi yun? Irreplaceable ba si Richard Gutierrez sa GMA? Tignan ko kung may pwesto ang anak nya sa ABS-CBN pag nagpilit siya na ilipat ang mga talents nya sa ABS-CBN.
