Derek Ramsay and Angelica Panganiban Call It Quits

Fans of celebrity couple Derek Ramsay and Angelica Panganiban have their mourning veils lowered and weeping over the death of their idols' relationship. 

Celebrity breakups are common, so I wasn't surprise. Angelica Panganiban is like a dog guarding her territory with Derek, so I was surprised she gave up. Oh, well at least she has that Mini Cooper to remember Derek Ramsay by.

According to Derek, no third party was involved in the breakup, certainly not because of John Lloyd Cruz who is shooting a movie with Angelica P. But those in the know say that Angelica finally has had it with Derek's womanizing ways and not even another Mini Cooper will sway her to ignore her bf's pecadillos.

Sam Pinto, FHM's Sexiest Woman in 2011 via ballot buying, is being linked to Derek's name having done a commercial shoot with him. Sam Pinto is, ah, frankly I don't have anything, bad or good, to say about her.

My guess is that if a third party is not involved with Derek and Angelica's breakup, then they broke up because Angelica P finally realized Derek is not going to make her dream of becoming a beautiful bride come true.

Rich or not, a girl can wait for just so long. Angelica P is still young and pretty, while Derek is starting to show his 35 years of existence on this earth. Gurl, took an axe off his age, but his face is not cooperating.

KC Concepcion Confirms Split with Piolo Pascual

The KC Concepcion/Piolo Pascual romance is no more according to KC herself.

KC Concepcion confirmed what a lot of people already know: she and Piolo Pascual have broken up. This is not the usual breakup of a popular celebrity couple because everybody wants to know whether real reason behind the breakup is because Piolo Pascual is GAY.

KC's interview with Boy Abunda on The Buzz is the vaguest you can imagine. But since most of us are good at reading between the lines, putting two and two together, we know WHY the relationship broke up.

For the unfortunate few fans who are still under the illusion that Piolo Pascual is straight and he will marry you someday, here's my straight-to-the-point translation of what KC Concepcion wanted to say but can't.

KC: "May mga hinahanap ako na basic lang na hahanapin ng isang babae sa isang boyfriend, sa isang lalaki.

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "Gusto ko ng romance, hug, kiss or sex kaya. Kaso I don't have the right sexual organ."

KC: "Kahit may mga times na hindi ko siya maintindihan, tinanggap ko kasi sinasabi sa akin ng mga kaibigan namin na personality niya yun.

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "Nagfa face powder si Piolo, nagli-lipstick pa. Nakikipag-agawan pa siya sa akin minsan. Hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit pero sabi ng mga friends naming ganun talaga ang hilig ng bakla."

KC: "May mga bagay na hindi ko na kayang lunukin, hindi ko na kaya yun tanggapin..."

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "okay lang na nagme make-up siya, pero nahuli ko siya sa kama nakatalukbong ng kumot na may katabi. Hindi ko na kinaya kasi akala ko babae, yun pala lalaki."

KC: "Ayoko pong sagutin, Tito Boy [kung may third party involved]."

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: Please refer to my previous statement.

KC: "Ewan ko kung bakit, paanong nangyari yung pain, at saka yung sama ng loob naging galit. Na talagang nagugulat din ako kasi first time ko rin na parang napapamura na rin ako. Hindi naman ako ganon, and bigla na lang akong maiiyak kasi hindi pala ako okay. "And then siya [Piolo], natatawa lang siya kapag nakikita kong ini-interview siya, idadaan lang niya sa joke."

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "Piolo is not just into me."

KC: "Tito Boy, naniniwala naman ako na pag sinasabi ni PJ na minahal niya ako, naniniwala naman ako na meron namang katotohanan iyon. Pero, masakit man sabihin, hindi ako yung, siguro nag-fail din ako dahil hindi ako yung kailangan niya sa buhay niya. Or, hindi ako yung hinahanap niya sa buhay niya. And hindi...hindi ko mabigay sa kanya yung kailangan niya.

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "Tito Boy, hindi ako ang kailangan ni Piolo dahil ang kailangan nya ay LALAKI. Hindi ko maibigay ang kailangan nya dahil ang preference nya ay etits, hindi keps."

KC: [On her one wish] "Na makahanap talaga ako ng true love!"

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "Na makahanap talaga ako ng tunay na LALAKI!"

If that doesn't convince you, then watch Sharon Cuneta give a laugh, a non-laugh as in not amused, when asked by Cristy Fermin on Paparazzi if the split between her daughter KC and Piolo Pascual is because Piolo is gay.

Anger Management Classmates Dennis Trillo and John Estrada

Safe to say that actors Dennis Trillo and John Estrada have never been acquainted with the words "violence never gets you anywhere" because they let their inner cavemen get the better of them.

Dennis Trillo Ike Turner-ed ex-sweetheart Jennylyn Mercado during an argument one very late night in Dennis' condo unit. The root of their lovers' tiff was Jennylyn texting and answering a phone call from the father of her baby, Patrick Garcia, while Dennis is stewing and itching for a fight.

Jennylyn herself was short-tempered during that fight because prior to that Dennis kept on playing a video game and refusing to come to bed.

Jennylyn has a few loose screws but I have to side with her on this because what lady wouldn't get pissed when it's late at night and your honey is fingering something else. :P

Long story short, Jennylyn slapped Dennis three times (and he's got a busted eardrum to show for it), and Dennis got Jennyln on a chokehold before bodily throwing her out of his condo unit. What a fine gentleman Dennis Trillo is, isn't he?

So now Jennylyn has told all in YES Magazine and Dennis Trillo's career is poised on a cliff to oblivion.

And now John Estrada allegedly punched the floor director of Yippee Happy Yehey (whatever the exact name of that stupid noontime show is) for whatever reason. I've read several reports of this but none stated the reason why.

I guess because whatever the reason you don't throw the first punch. That's just a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I must ask, "Would Dr Marcial Cristi do this?" Dr Cristi won't, but John Estrada would just because he strikes me as an arrogant asshole.

Yep, John Estrada is scary. Even his hairline is scared and trying to escape his head.

Gerald Anderson and Kim Chui Break up

Gerald Anderson finally spoke up about rumors that he and his loveteam Kim Chui have broken up in an interview on the Sunday showbiz talk show The Buzz.

That curious sound you’re hearing in the background is the wailing of millions, I mean, global Kimeralds as they finally realize Gerald Anderson is not that into Kim Chui.

So Gerald and Kim's loveteam was only reel. Their relationship was special, but did not even come close to boyfriend-girlfriend.

Gerald and Kim buckled under the great pressure and high expectations of their fans, who are treating them like they are husband and wife living under the same roof already. I can appreciate this given how rabid many of the Kimeralds are. If you are cuckoo enough to threaten evil witchcraftery to anyone who separates Kim and Gerald, you are delusional enough to believe that what you see on a movie or TV program is true.

On the issue that Kim harmed herself when her "special" relationship with Gerald imploded, Gerald says it's not true. But I get the feeling that Kim is much more into Gerald than Gerald is into Kim. Let's leave it at that.

Gerald is keeping the hope alive in the Kimeralds' hearts with the assurance that he and Kim will still share the same space and breathe the same air in future movie and TV projects. Projects are money. Will they both say no to money?

Gerald and Kim may have fooled their dearest Kimeralds with their lovey dovey words and actions, but Gerald is still thankful to them for making sure he has money in the bank, several cars, a big house, big boy toys and other investments.

The interview did not touch the issue of the budding? or is secret romance? between Gerald and Bea Alonzo. Why would ABS-CBN? Walang pera sa relasyon nila.

In the recently held Star Magic Ball, Gerald and Bea arrived separately accompanies by different dates. But come closing time, they quietly sneaked out of the party together. And Kim? she remained at the party with her best girlfriends. Awww....

Kris Aquino is Baacckk!

It's like she never went away in the first place.
Admit. Not a day went by during Kris Aquino's three-week absence when we didn't hear news about her. And she said she'll be keeping a low profile while her brother, Noynoy, is Philippine president?
The plane she arrived at on July 31 was still unloading passengers but Kris already spoke with entertainment reporters and her good friend Boy Abunda to spill all about her troubled marriage with James Yap, her rumored pregnancy and her love prospects.
On the rumored pregnancy, I'm a bit (okay, a lot) skeptical over who really let it out that she is pregnant. Kris claims she's pissed about the rumor but she's also a spotlight seeker and adoration addict.
On her love prospects, there are four: Gerald Anderson, Coco Martin, Chiz Escudero and Jun Jun Binay. I got the feeling that while Kris is trying to downplay the love angle with Jun Jun Binay, she's kinikilig deep inside.
And kinikilig is not what she's feeling for her husband James Yap. Well, not anymore, not since April 26 (yup, with an exact date). There's also a song that goes along with the state of her feelings "It Must Have Been Love" by Roxette. Chiz Escudero!
The sisters have asked Kris to stay away from romantic involvements for six years. Let's see. If Kris' addiction to fame and attention is stronger than her need for peen love for fairy tales fairy tale endings it won't be long before Kris makes Jun Jun Binay her main bitch.

Everybody Was There Except James Yap

The presence of everybody from celebrities to foreign dignitaries at the inaugural of our 15th president, Noynoy Aquino, failed to gloss over the absence of basketball star James Yap, the soon-to-be-ex-husband? of presidential sister Kris Aquino.

Kris Aquino, wearing a Filipiana-inspired yellow gown by designer Paul Cabral, attended the inaugural with her two sons from different fathers, Baby James and Joshua, with their respective yayas in tow.

Prior to Kris's national announcement that she's had it with her husband, James was all set to go on the inauguration of his brother-in-law, Noynoy.

Now that Kris has opened her mouth, along with her family's dirty linen (once again), what is left but for James to skip the event. Honga naman. Baka isnabin pa siya dun ni Kris.

Reporters have been after James Yap to get his side of the marital split. But he has either decided to keep mum about it to keep the peace (whatever is left of it) or he is aware that he is not articulate and so decided to keep his mouth shut (which is very much suspect).

I thought these two were doomed from the start. I'm not referring to the obvious gulf-wide gap between the couple in terms of personality, intellect and upbringing. I'm talking about the fact that one is an ATTENTION SLUT and the other is just a plain MAN-SLUT.

The latest in this saga is that James has finally spoken: "It's final, ipaglalaban ko ang pagsasama ng pamilya natin." Yeah, we haven't heard the last of the Aquino-Yap melodrama since Kris will answer. She won't be able to help herself.

James Yap and Kris Aquino: It's Over!

On the Buzz on Sunday, June 27, Kris Aquino said that on her part, her marriage to James Yap is over.

If you cried about your last appearance on your show more than the end of your marriage, then it is indeed over.

Kris did not say why she and James are ending their marriage but, of course, speculations abound.

#1 James asked Kris to help his sister, who is a nurse, to secure a US visa and a job abroad. Kris allegedly responded "we don't use connections to gain favors."

#2 - James wanted to visit a relative in Negros who is not a supporter of President Noynoy. Kris apparently got mad and did not permit James to go.

#3 - The relationship between James and Joshua, Kris' son with Phillip Salvador, has gotten cold, making Kris hate her husband even more.

According to people close to James, there is no third party involved and that the reason for the break up of their marriage is a family thing.

James' whorish ways aside, I think Kris, sooner or later, is bound to emasculate her boyfriend or husband.

A remember a blind item I read about a celebrity couple who is in a showroom buying a new car. A wife can't say "ito na lang ang piliin mo, ako naman ang magbabayad eh" and expect your husband to worship at your feet even if you are a martyr's daughter, a former president's daughter, a sitting president's youngest sister and a multi-millionaire in your own right.

The legal issues relating to their marriage is now being processed, so apparently the new baby and the church wedding Kris talked about shortly after her mom, Cory Aquino, died is also out the window?

I'm still on the fence on this issue. For now I'll just say James deserves better and Kris deserves better. In short, di sila bagay. They would be just right for other people. Maybe Kris and Chavit Singson?

Dennis Trillo and Cristine Reyes Break Up, Finally?

Undercover lovers Dennis Trillo and Cristine Reyes revealed that they have broken up. Dennis, promoting his indie film Astig, said that his relationship with Ara Mina's mentally unstable sister Cristine Reyes ended in May. According to Cristine, FHM Philippines' 2009 Sexiest Woman, the break up is very recent, not even one month old.

Both lied about the relationship and now they are giving different breakup dates. I don't mind they have lied to the public. I even advocate the necessity of lying, sometimes. But please get your lies straight.

This relationship on the down low, I thought was doomed from the very beginning because the public will not buy their love affair. Even the powers that be of the entertainment industry won't because their tandem cannot be translated to profits. Why? Because Dennis Trillo is being groomed as an actor of the leading man variety. He's supposed to be unattached to keep the illusion of him falling in love with his leading lady.

As for Cristine Reyes, her on-screen and off-screen persona is very unsympathetic. She's supposed to play the kontrabida to Dennis Trillo's leading lady, not the secret lover of the leading man. In short, hinde bagay.

I'm glad for Dennis Trillo that he finally unloaded that baggage, Cristine. Let's admit it, Cristine sucked the hotness out of Dennis Trillo. There was a time Dennis Trillo made me kilig. He lost major hotness points from me with that paternity mess with Carlene Aguilar and then that clandestine romance with Cristine Reyes. If many fans are of the same mind as I do, then that would explain why Dennis Trillo is nearing the end of his 15 minutes of fame.

Cristine has always been nega. She's only in the news because there are suckers who voted for her in FHM's list of sexiest women and because she's in-between employers. I hope she ends up on Channel 5 or 13. Who wants to hire an entitled princess? I have no doubt she's always been called special by her family, thus, the immaturity and attitude towards employers and co-workers. She's a special needs princess.

Jomari Ylanna Breaks His Silence On Breakup With Pops Fernandez

I've been meaning to write about the termination of Pops Fernandez and Jomari Yllana's four-year relationship, but I couldn't write anything juicy about it. Pops and Jomari is the most boringest couple that ever coupled in local showbiz.

Want to know who I think is the most exciting couple in this great country of ours? First Gentleman Mike Arroyo and President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Why, I consider them the Bonnie & Clyde of this generation.

Anyway, Jomari finally spoke out, not about the reason for the breakup, but to address Martin Nievera. Them are fighting words, huh Jomari? Basically what he said was: "Martin, huwag ka na makisawsaw sa problema namin. I was not the reason your marriage with Pops ended. You lost Pops because of your immaturity, blah, blah, blah." Martin's reply: "Fine." Boooooh!

Clueless daw before si Pops why Jomari suddenly stopped all communications with her. Pops, there is a certain word that fits you. You know what the reason is. Siguro nahihiya ka pang tanggapin na yun ang dahilan.

Is Hayden Kho Back to Licking Vicki Belo's Surgically-Enhanced Mug?

Rumor is that Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho are back in each others arms. The "doktora to the stars" was quick to deny the rumor, but says that she and ex are now talking. Eh, whatthefuckever. This is news apparently. Maybe the PR bitch of Belo Medical Group thought that this news would induce people who want to have their fats suck out of them to come in droves to Belo clinics.

I'm more interested by the "behind the breakup of Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho' that I read on YES! Magazine. Apparently it was Vicki Belo who wanted her boyfriend to enter showbiz and become famous because she sees him as the true embodiment of Belo Medical Clinic. Before Vicki Belo lured Hayden Kho into her trap, he was keen on taking up further studies and to specialize in another field of medicine, not dermatology. Vicki, ikaw naman pala ang sumira sa kinabukasan ng bata.

As for Hayden Kho's wandering eyes, syempre may defensa siya dun. It all started when a patient of his died following liposuction. Banging as many girls as possible was his way of acting up, according to him. Oh, well, siguro kung doctor ka mas madaling tanggapin na namatay ang pasyente mo sa cancer, kesa naman habang tinatanggalan mo ng taba sa katawan.

Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho are also in therapy to help them deal with the breakup. Kasi kung hindi they will be back to their co-dependent ways. Si Vicki, ng isang batang boyfriend na pikitmatang sasabihan siya ng maganda siya. At si Hayden, isang older woman who will open doors for him the easy way.
