KC Concepcion Confirms Split with Piolo Pascual

The KC Concepcion/Piolo Pascual romance is no more according to KC herself.

KC Concepcion confirmed what a lot of people already know: she and Piolo Pascual have broken up. This is not the usual breakup of a popular celebrity couple because everybody wants to know whether real reason behind the breakup is because Piolo Pascual is GAY.

KC's interview with Boy Abunda on The Buzz is the vaguest you can imagine. But since most of us are good at reading between the lines, putting two and two together, we know WHY the relationship broke up.

For the unfortunate few fans who are still under the illusion that Piolo Pascual is straight and he will marry you someday, here's my straight-to-the-point translation of what KC Concepcion wanted to say but can't.

KC: "May mga hinahanap ako na basic lang na hahanapin ng isang babae sa isang boyfriend, sa isang lalaki.

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "Gusto ko ng romance, hug, kiss or sex kaya. Kaso I don't have the right sexual organ."

KC: "Kahit may mga times na hindi ko siya maintindihan, tinanggap ko kasi sinasabi sa akin ng mga kaibigan namin na personality niya yun.

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "Nagfa face powder si Piolo, nagli-lipstick pa. Nakikipag-agawan pa siya sa akin minsan. Hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit pero sabi ng mga friends naming ganun talaga ang hilig ng bakla."

KC: "May mga bagay na hindi ko na kayang lunukin, hindi ko na kaya yun tanggapin..."

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "okay lang na nagme make-up siya, pero nahuli ko siya sa kama nakatalukbong ng kumot na may katabi. Hindi ko na kinaya kasi akala ko babae, yun pala lalaki."

KC: "Ayoko pong sagutin, Tito Boy [kung may third party involved]."

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: Please refer to my previous statement.

KC: "Ewan ko kung bakit, paanong nangyari yung pain, at saka yung sama ng loob naging galit. Na talagang nagugulat din ako kasi first time ko rin na parang napapamura na rin ako. Hindi naman ako ganon, and bigla na lang akong maiiyak kasi hindi pala ako okay. "And then siya [Piolo], natatawa lang siya kapag nakikita kong ini-interview siya, idadaan lang niya sa joke."

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "Piolo is not just into me."

KC: "Tito Boy, naniniwala naman ako na pag sinasabi ni PJ na minahal niya ako, naniniwala naman ako na meron namang katotohanan iyon. Pero, masakit man sabihin, hindi ako yung, siguro nag-fail din ako dahil hindi ako yung kailangan niya sa buhay niya. Or, hindi ako yung hinahanap niya sa buhay niya. And hindi...hindi ko mabigay sa kanya yung kailangan niya.

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "Tito Boy, hindi ako ang kailangan ni Piolo dahil ang kailangan nya ay LALAKI. Hindi ko maibigay ang kailangan nya dahil ang preference nya ay etits, hindi keps."

KC: [On her one wish] "Na makahanap talaga ako ng true love!"

WHAT KC REALLY MEANS: "Na makahanap talaga ako ng tunay na LALAKI!"

If that doesn't convince you, then watch Sharon Cuneta give a laugh, a non-laugh as in not amused, when asked by Cristy Fermin on Paparazzi if the split between her daughter KC and Piolo Pascual is because Piolo is gay.

Ricky Rivero Survives Stab Wounds

Ricky Rivero, an alum of That's Entertainment, has eight lives left after he lived to tell how he sustained multiple stab wounds from an attack by a certain Hans Ivan Ruiz.

Thank God Hans Ivan Ruiz is a stupid lazy-ass because he used a bread knife to carry out his evil deed. If not, there would have been one less member of Ninja Kids.

According to police accounts, Hans Ivan Ruiz was caught at the scene of the crime still clutching Ricky Rivero's laptop bag.

Hans Ivan Ruiz went back to Rivero's house on Masikap street V Luna, Diliman, Quezon City supposedly to clean the scene of the crime. That's when he was caught by responding barangay tanods.

Despite stab wounds to the chest and stomach, Ricky Rivero managed to drive himself to the nearest hospital. Ricky asked for help from Hans Ivan Ruiz, but Ruiz, aside from being a loser at life, also proved to be useless during emergency situations.

Despite the fact that Ricky Rivero was thisclose to meeting St Peter, he's no angry at Hans Ivan Ruiz. They've been friends a long time, says Ricky.

Um, I know time is relative but meeting the low-rent callboy on Facebook five months ago is not a long time to know a person. Look what happened. With all those stab wounds, Ricky may never take in water or any kind of fluid the same way ever again.

If Ricky is no angry at Hans Ivan, is he not pursuing criminal charges against his user-friendly "friend."

That's a same because I really would like to see Hans Ivan became a prison bitch for a change.

Ricky Rivero's ordeal should be a lesson to all the gays. Don't go to bed and sleep if you just had a heated argument with your fuck buddy over money. Huwag magpakakampante.

Aiko Melendez Sued by Ex-Boyfriend Patrick Meneses

Aiko Melendez is facing a court battle with her ex-boyfriend, Bulacan, Bulacan Mayor Patrick Meneses over libel and defamation of character.

And so Aiko Melenez and her man troubles continue. First the annulments of her marriages with actor Jomari Yllana and Chef Martin Jickain, and now this.

Aiko Melendez and the Mayor broke up on February 14, 2011 and two agreed not to speak about the reason behind the breakup to the media.

Well, psycho Aiko apparently went behind the mayor's back and plotted her revenge via twitter's direct messaging.

In a nut shell, Aiko and a gay friend colluded to spread the rumor that Mayor Patrick Meneses is gay through blind items.

Aiko Melendez, ang babaeng walang pahinga ----- sa lalaki.

It seems to me like Aiko doesn't take a rest in between relationships. In her defense, her lady parts probably get easily lonely. So, what can you do?

Since that's as far as the loneliness of Aiko's lady parts I am willing to talk about, I want to point out the wrongness of it all.

This is a diabolical plan MAJOR FAIL!

Using Twitter is like stealing and leaving a business card behind for the authorities to find you.

With Aiko and her cohort, I just can't.

Why not do the scheming over regular post? I know it would be slow but at least safer. We all know postal workers are only on the look out for money stuffed between greeting cards. If they don't find any currency there, your letter is safe.

So Mayor Patrick's first reaction upon reading the transcript of Aiko and her cohort's plan was "Nakakapangilabot."

Now why did I imagine that word being said by a convent-bred high school girl after seeing her first penis? "Nakakapangilabot" Why?!

The transcript also says that Mayor Patrick and his lover were caught by a roomboy at a resort tending to each others genital warts.

Aiko, naisip mo yun? Ewwwwww...

So which side do I believe? Hard to decide considering the source, Cristy Fermin.

Cristy Fermin, who has been convicted of estafa and libel, has a motive in bringing down Aiko Melendez. His name is Enrico Roque, the mayor of Pandi, Bulacan and the third party (allegedly) that broke up this love story.

I am assuming Enrique Roque, also the owner of Bodega ng Bayan, is one of Cristy Fermin's enveloper givers so it follows that Cristy Fermin would fight to the death to save her source of low-cost home appliances. Just like how she defends Willie Revillame who gave her a van just because.

Now Mayor Patrick and Mayor Enrico have both filed libel and defamation of character against Aiko in court.

Aiko was also declared persona non grata by Bulacan's Mayor League.

What does this entail? Does this mean Aiko can't step in Bulacan? What is the consequence if Aiko decides to go to Baguio and she has to pass through Bulacan to get there?

If there's a penalty, then Aiko can no longer get to any point in Luzon unlike a taxi, ever?

So many questions, .

I think type of punishment is no skin off Aiko's nose. I mean the mayors could have hurt her much worst if they ordered that Aiko can't date, much less marry, a person who resides in, or who has even a smidgen of connection to, Bulacan.

Piolo Pascual Comes Out... Finally!

That he and KC Concepcion are in a relationship since Oct 2010.

I was excepting a different kind of coming out but the Piolo's news that he is in a relationship - and a heterosexual one at that - is enough to force me out of blogging hibernation.

Papa P only came out because he wants to let men out there know that KC is taken. Well, kinda like a dog marking his territory. Yup, don't ask - don't even dream of asking KC out. I'm looking at you apl.de.ap.

With Papa P coming out comes the reigniting of the whispers of "Isn't he gay?" Those whispers never did die down, but yeah okay. Only Cristy Fermin, KC and Sharon Cuneta believe Piolo is straight but let's all give the rumors a rest, shall we? Let's leave the guy alone. Maybe he's bi? Or maybe he just likes the idea of being straight, but in practice he's really trying hard not to let that pinky fly.

Piolo is just trying to find the other half of his soul, the person who will complete him (yeah, I've been reading too much Harlequin). Has Piolo found her or is he still looking at the wrong gender? Only time will tell.

Edu Manzano is Gilbert Teodoro’s Vice Presidential Running Mate

Kumusta naman ito? It has been confirmed that Edu Manzano has jumped to the Lakas-Kampi-CMD camp to run as the running mate to presidential aspirant Gilbert “Gibo” Teodoro.

I said jumped because it was just a few weeks back that I read Edu Manzano was seeking a senate seat under Manny Villar’s Nacionalista Party. Even Gilberto Teodoro was with Danding Cojuangco’s National People’s Coalition (NPC) party before.

Well that’s party loyalty for us – there’s none in the Philippines.

Vilma Santos and Bong Revilla were considered before Edu. I think Lakas-Kampi-CMD would even ask Amay Bisaya – if they are certain that he is winnable and still on the same plane as the rest of humanity.

What’re the party’s considerations for picking Edu Manzano? There many but experience and credentials are probably of the bottom of the list.

Let’s see what Edu got that others don’t.

Edu is the ex-husband of Vilma Santos and Maricel Soriano. He’s the father of Lucky Manzano. He’s a former vice mayor of Makati. I don’t know why he’s aspiring for vice president when he couldn’t even win as mayor for a small city.

And of course, he was the former Optical Media Board chairman, the government’s anti-piracy agency.

Come to think of it, Iam not sure if Edu’s last post makes win winnable because think of all the Muslims in the pirated CD trade who hates his guts. You think they would vote for him? I’m thinking even those Muslims who don’t bother to vote would troop to the voting precints just to thwart Edu.

Coco Martin Meets Accident on Set

Coco Martin met an accident while shooting an important action scene on the ABS-CBN teleserye Tayong Dalawa, where he plays Ramon.

The scene involved a gun fight between Coco Martin and his enemies. A blank round was shot but the smoke powder entered the actor’s left eye.

In too much pain, Coco was brought to the University of Santo Tomas Hospital, where he underwent several tests. After removing foreign bodies from his life eye and treating the wounds on his face, Coco was allowed to go home.

Because of the accident, an episode of the drama anthology Maalala Mo Kaya and the final action scene on Tayong Dalawa were canceled.

Coco is currently resting at home but continues to take antibiotics and liquid drops for his eye.

BB Gandanghair Refused Entrance in a Bar for Cross Dessing

BB Gandanghari, the female reincarnation of ex-hunk actor Rustom Padilla, was reportedly refused entrance at Aruba Bar and Restaurant in Metro Walk in Ortigas because the establishment has a dress code, which includes no cross-dressing.

The bar is the same one that refused entrance to stand-up comedian, Inday Garutay, because of, you guessed it, cross-dressing. To make the story, gusto mang rumampa ni BB sa Aruba Bar at panoorin ang concert ni Rannie Raymundo, that idea was unapologetically nixed by the bar's bouncer, manager and owner.

The bar has so many rules, ha. There's one that says "the bar may refuse entrance to those who are incorrigibly uncool." This means us who are incapable of being sophisticated or worldly wise. Can you say pretentious?! That applies to the establishment, the owners of the establishment and the hoity toity crowd at Aruba. On behalf of the sweaty masses, I salute all of you with both hands up and the middle fingers extended.

Ok, now back to Ms BB. She waxed poetic about the incident in her blog. I must admit I didn't read the whole thing because it has all the boring, philosophical and political stuff and quotes from dead people. Read it here if you must. So, Ms BB said that she now knows how Rosa Parks must have felt back in the day when racial segregation was the "in" thing. Hate to break it to you Ms BB, but what you felt when you were refused entrance in Aruba is not even a smidgen of what black people experienced in their daily life. C'mon now. Blacks didn't have branded dresses, shoes and accessories, and Shu Uemura cosmetics back in the day. Sorry to be dissing Ms Bb, but I'm just sayin'.

The "no cross dressing" rules. It's all about the rules. Rules are rarely black and white. If Ms BB is not a well known celebrity and she enters the bar, no one would have mistaken her for a cross dresser. There are many gays out there who look way more girly and feminine than real women. And there are women who look like dudes. Paano ang mga operada, ang mga tibo? How would this rule apply?

In the grand scheme of things, Aruba is just a gnat. Meaning it's insignificant and should not be turned into a rallying cry by gays who have had it with discrimination. For all we know, this global recession, with a little bit of bad karma thrown, would see the end of Aruba. Even "cool" people would need to scrimp sometime, you know?

Survivor: Tocantins: No New Episodes, But There's a New Coupling

Bummer! No new content from Survivor: Tocantins for two Thursdays (Fridays in the Philippines). Next week will be a clip show, or scenes we have not seen before. I guess, rather than compete against American Idol on a Wednesday, the show opted to give way to the annual NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.

I was sad to see Spencer get booted two weeks ago. Not necessarily my favorite, he just happens to be in my favorite tribe, the Jalapao. My favorite is actually JT. Since he is my favorite, I expect him not to go the distance because it has been many seasons since a favorite of mine won - Survivor: Guatemala winner Danni Boatwright.

Anyway, back to Spencer. He is dating Survivor: China winner Todd Herzog. The two started dating a month before the current season started airing. We'll see if this interseason romantic pairing lasts considering the age difference. Todd is 24 and Spencer is 19.
