Piolo Pascual Comes Out... Finally!

That he and KC Concepcion are in a relationship since Oct 2010.

I was excepting a different kind of coming out but the Piolo's news that he is in a relationship - and a heterosexual one at that - is enough to force me out of blogging hibernation.

Papa P only came out because he wants to let men out there know that KC is taken. Well, kinda like a dog marking his territory. Yup, don't ask - don't even dream of asking KC out. I'm looking at you apl.de.ap.

With Papa P coming out comes the reigniting of the whispers of "Isn't he gay?" Those whispers never did die down, but yeah okay. Only Cristy Fermin, KC and Sharon Cuneta believe Piolo is straight but let's all give the rumors a rest, shall we? Let's leave the guy alone. Maybe he's bi? Or maybe he just likes the idea of being straight, but in practice he's really trying hard not to let that pinky fly.

Piolo is just trying to find the other half of his soul, the person who will complete him (yeah, I've been reading too much Harlequin). Has Piolo found her or is he still looking at the wrong gender? Only time will tell.

Gerald Anderson and Kim Chui Break up

Gerald Anderson finally spoke up about rumors that he and his loveteam Kim Chui have broken up in an interview on the Sunday showbiz talk show The Buzz.

That curious sound you’re hearing in the background is the wailing of millions, I mean, global Kimeralds as they finally realize Gerald Anderson is not that into Kim Chui.

So Gerald and Kim's loveteam was only reel. Their relationship was special, but did not even come close to boyfriend-girlfriend.

Gerald and Kim buckled under the great pressure and high expectations of their fans, who are treating them like they are husband and wife living under the same roof already. I can appreciate this given how rabid many of the Kimeralds are. If you are cuckoo enough to threaten evil witchcraftery to anyone who separates Kim and Gerald, you are delusional enough to believe that what you see on a movie or TV program is true.

On the issue that Kim harmed herself when her "special" relationship with Gerald imploded, Gerald says it's not true. But I get the feeling that Kim is much more into Gerald than Gerald is into Kim. Let's leave it at that.

Gerald is keeping the hope alive in the Kimeralds' hearts with the assurance that he and Kim will still share the same space and breathe the same air in future movie and TV projects. Projects are money. Will they both say no to money?

Gerald and Kim may have fooled their dearest Kimeralds with their lovey dovey words and actions, but Gerald is still thankful to them for making sure he has money in the bank, several cars, a big house, big boy toys and other investments.

The interview did not touch the issue of the budding? or is secret romance? between Gerald and Bea Alonzo. Why would ABS-CBN? Walang pera sa relasyon nila.

In the recently held Star Magic Ball, Gerald and Bea arrived separately accompanies by different dates. But come closing time, they quietly sneaked out of the party together. And Kim? she remained at the party with her best girlfriends. Awww....

Did Mariel Rodriguez and Robin Padilla Get Married in India?

Well, well well, seems like Robin Padilla and Mariel Rodriguez did more than eat curry in India.

Upon arrival in India with Mariel, Robin said "As I promise, I came back with my wife."

If this is true I'm glad they've made it official because maybe now the kachipangahang kasweetan would tone down a bit on Pilipinas Win na Win - I mean, if they come back.

Mariel is on an indefinite leave while Robin has taken a leave of absence to observe the Muslim's month of Ramadan.

Rumors have it that the leave of absences all points to Kris Aquino as the factor. Well, Kris Aquino with a mic is that Chinese kid behind me on the way to Ocean Park in Hong Kong - non-stop talking. Can we blame Robin and Mariel from wanting to get as far away from Kris Aquino and Pilipinas Win na Win?

On the bright side, we don't have to watch Mariel and Robin make the Pilipinas Win na Win show their own personal Luneta. It's no wonder the ratings are tanking. Televiewers and studio audiences want to win prizes, not watch lovers coo at each other. Ano mapapala nila dun, deva?

I am not giving this Mariel-Robin marriage the happily-ever-after seal of approval since Robin will eventually begin looking for other fishes in the sea again and Mariel will soon realize "bad boy" is romantic in theory but a turn off in real life. Life can't be a fairy forever.

Yes It Is John Lloyd Cruz and Shaina Magdayao

And that noise you're hearing is Ruffa Gutierrez trying to hold her tears in lest the two leeches she calls pair of lips decide to walk out on her.

Now that John Lloyd has finally admitted that he and Shaina are "sila na," entertainment reporters can now cease from asking "kayo na ba?"

Not that it was obvious. John Lloyd and Shaina have been spotted in a bike shop together, in a mall and more recently in Singapore. Hindi naman halata, ano?

Actually, I'm kinda down that John Lloyd finally put the issue to rest because the next endless question now to them would be "Kailan kayo magpapakasal?" Ugh! So predictable!

Well, let's send the new couple good vibes. On second thought let's just toast them. I have high hopes for this couple because the "a couple that drinks together, stays together."

Yeng Constantino Reacts on Carlo Gueverra and Daiana Menezes Relationship

Yeng Constantino, the first ever winner of ABS-CBN's Pinoy Dream Academy, was asked on SNN (Showbiz News Ngayon) about her reaction and feelings now that former suitor Carlo Guevarra is dating Daiana Menezes.

Carlo Gueverra played the love interest of Ogie Alcasid's character in Desperadas II. Daiana Menezes as we all know is an Eat Bulaga girl.

Yeng and Carlo went out a few times, and Carlo even gifted Yeng this super duper big teddy bear. Without warning the guy stopped texting and calling and the next thing the girl knew the guy is dating the Brazilian model.

Yeng's reaction was something to the effect of "Ang deserving na lalaki makakapag-hintay" and "she's sad of the outcome of her love affair that never was but she's glad na it turned out she was right in not formally accepting the guy."

After the video clip, Kris Aquino commented something like "Kaya bumaling sa iba kasi pinaghintay mo. It is not idealistic to make a guy wait. Next time, if you like a guy go for it."

Correct!!! That was the same thing that was running through my mind while watching the clip. I was thinking "it's pretty obvious you also like the guy (C'mon what's not to like?), you went out several times and you still asked the guy to wait for your "matamis na oo."

Kailangan bang pag isipan mabuti kung sasagutin ang lalaki? It's not like you're going to marry the guy. It is a sad commentary to think na there's a lot more effort in choosing a boyfriend than picking the next barangay captain or president.

Baka naman Yeng was thinking, the guy would treasure her more kung nagpakahirap sa pagkuha ng oo nya. Ilang taon na ba ang batang ito?

Awww, sad si Yeng but she said masaya na rin siya dahil tama ang desisyon niya na paghintay ang lalaki. Okay keep telling yourself that. Ruffa Gutierrez Leaves Family Abode

Ruffa Gutierrez left the family home in Dasmarinas Village, Makati City this morning, 6 June, after a major spat with mommyger/moneyger Anabelle Rama. She left with her two daughters with Ylmaz Bektas, Lorin and Venice.

The fight is over a man who is currently being linked to Ruffa Gutierrez. Anabelle called the unnamed guy "walang respeto." She also added "Ang bata bata mo pa nanliligaw ka na sa babaeng may dalawang anak na."

That's not all. The "My Monster Mom" star added these nice and heartwarming words, "Tigilan na ang pagbibigay ng regalo at pagkain kay Ruffa" and Hindi nya {Anabelle} titigilan ang lalaki hanggat hindi tumitigil sa panliligaw kay Ruffa."

Does Anabelle like anyone for her daughter/sons? I read she doesn't like Jewel Mische for her son Richard Gutierrez because she's fantasizing about basking in the glow of a sure to be royal couple in KC Concepcion and Richard. I'm here gleefully imagining Anabelle's reaction when her other son and Richard's twin, Raymond Gutierrez, takes a man home to meet Mama.

I guessed she liked Ylmaz Bektas for Ruffa. Who wouldn't like a rich and handsome man for their daughter? However, look where that marriage got her? Chombag ever to the max. Although that could have been avoided if Ruffa got divorced first with her first husband, or she was enough to admit her marital status to her second husband-to-be. Ah, the indiscretion of youth. It comes back to haunt you, doesn't it? In Ruffa's case, in the form of black eyes.

But back to Ruffa's current suitor. We are talking about John Lloyd Cruz, aren't we? They are being linked together and there are rumors of them checking in in a hotel but on different rooms. Yeah, that's being discreet but it's not a detail that would deter people from putting two and two together. The two have denied any relationship, saying the hotel story stemmed from the various wrap parties they attended for their teleserye I Love Betty La Fea.

As for Anabelle, ano bang parte ng pamumuhay ng mga anak nya ang hinde nya pinakikialaman? Just let John Lloyd find out for himself how life-changing it is to have a relationship with a Ms World Second Princess. Ruffa Gutierrez is not exactly low maintenance is she? She also comes with two kids. Aside from Ruffa's rich and expensive taste for the high life, two kids and an ex-husband with a bad temper are other baggages that John Lloyd has to contend with in that relationship.

But enough on that, I believe, doomed relationship. Let's talk about what has been bugging me about Ruffa's face for the longest time. She now has trout lips and cheekbones up to here hairline. How much silicone went into those body parts? They're gross and unnatural.

Ruffa is BFFs with Pops Fernandez and Gretchen Barreto. Let's try to come up with a common denominator on those three, okay? Who influenced who? Don't they dare try to influence their other BFF BB Gandanghari. I hope BB is stronger than peer pressure.

Ai Ai de las Alas Is Dating a Venezuelan Model

Comedianne Ai Ai de las Alas revealed that she is currently dating a 25-year-old model from Venezuela named Julio Cabrera. Oy, yummy! Kainis! They were introduced through Bong Quintana, the long-time boyfriend of Ai Ai's manager, Boy Abunda. The two are still in the getting to know stage, meaning they go out on dates with other friends present. Ai Ai clarifies that they are not yet boyfriend-girlfriend.
